Because my content is related to research. This week I have a deeper understanding of the field of 5G. First of all, what is 5G? What is the evolution and development of 5G? WEEK ONE-First Time Job Content

This is my first blog about PRJ701. Here I would like to explain the content and proposals about some of my work.

I prefer to do some research content. In the previous course of NET701, I started to discuss and study the topic of 5G. I am very interested in this field and would like to know more about this field. So I chose the topic of 5G as my PRJ701 content.

Our era has evolved from 3G to 4G. In the future, 5G will be widespread worldwide. Therefore, I want to do more research in this field so that I can develop in the 5G field well in the future.

In addition, my supervisor is Todd Cochrane. I think he is a very responsible tutor. I hope my next work can be better carried out in communication with him.

Blog 2 – Team Bonding Activities

The content I chose is Task 1: Blind-fold. Therefore, I need to briefly explain to you how this task requires us to do. First of all, this task requires two people to work together, so we need to find a friend and cooperate with us to complete this task. I am looking for my roommate. The first step we need to do is choose one to decide who is blindfolded. The second is that another person needs to lead the blindfolded person to leave the classroom safely. And reach the final destination.

I certainly want to be that leader. Consequently, my roommate was blindfolded. He needs to obey my instructions and reach the destination safely. In the process, I need to tell him clearly how to walk to leave the classroom safely. Whether it is to the left or to the right, to stop or move forward. These are what leaders need to consider.

I think the challenge of this cooperation requires two partners who trust each other. If you don’t trust each other so much, even if your partner gives you instructions, you will not know what to do because you don’t trust your partner.

When this task was over, I asked my roommate. I asked him how he felt when he received the leadership. He said that the prerequisite for completing this task is mutual trust in order to continue. As long as you believe the instructions given by the other party and complete them, you will succeed. This is the same as I thought. In addition, he feels that he does not need to think about how to reach the destination safely. All he needs to do is to complete the corresponding tasks according to the leader’s instructions. This is relatively easy for him. He didn’t think others were controlling him.

As a leader, of course, I completed this challenge on the premise of safety. Therefore, I need to consider more things. First, the other party completed the instructions I gave because they trusted me. Therefore, I need to give instructions after my own thinking. This is a challenge and an improvement for me. When the task is finally completed, I will feel that I am very accomplished. This can make me more affirmed myself and enhance my self-confidence.

COM502 is a course that teaches us how to be in interpersonal relationships. There are also personal factors and how behaviors affect how people communicate with each other. In addition, the more important point is how to use our interpersonal communication skills in the work area to effectively use it in work.

When we are working, some subtle movements and expressions can let us know how the other party thinks. This is called body language. We can use body language to determine whether the other party is really satisfied. So we can think of corresponding measures to better communicate with each other. In addition, I think first of all business capabilities are very critical and important. Secondly, neat dressing can make the other person feel that you take this job very seriously and caring. When we are expressing our opinions, we should demonstrate a clear, concise, and polite way to communicate with others. We should listen carefully when others express their opinions. And when the other party finishes his point of view, we are expressing our views. Don’t interrupt others in the middle of doing this very impolite.

For instance. When I was talking with the client in the student cafe. I think we are both participants. They use body language to describe the quality or size of a thing. This can be used for analogy. For example, how big a company’s work location is can be compared to a coffee shop. Our door can also guess what the other party is thinking through the expression of the other party. This is the last blog of Assessment 2. From the beginning of the discussion, choose 5G for emerging field research. Because 5G is a symbol of the development of this era, many things are inseparable from 5G. So this is why we chose this theme.

According to the requirements of NET701. I learned about the use of two different architectures, ITIL and Cobit5, in the enterprise. This gives me a deeper understanding of their differences.

These three questions are what we are studying. We need to discuss and compare the two different architectures. This is relatively difficult for us to get into contact with these two architectures.
But I still look up the relevant information from various places. The first is to introduce them. Then there is an in-depth understanding of the internal structure. In addition, how is it used in the enterprise? What are their strengths and weaknesses? This is very helpful for me to conduct research on related content.

For my report content. The theme of the emerging technologies I have chosen for research is the 5G domain. In this era of technological development. The development of 5G has been inseparable from us.

I briefly overview some aspects of 5G. There is also an evolution from 2G to 5G. This will help me understand the topic I am studying in a deeper way. It allows me to better analyze from the two frameworks of ITIL and Cobit 5.

About the application of two different frameworks of ITIL and Cobit 5 in 5G

According to the content requirements of my report. I need to analyze from 3 parts

②：Determine how each framework, can be used to identify infrastructure affected by the emerging technology

③：In each framework – describe how the framework facilitates the review of emerging technology?

I will analyze each problem from two different frameworks, ITIL and Cobit 5. And sum up their strengths and weaknesses for comparison.

In addition, because of some objective factors. Only two people in our team assigned these three tasks. Through our discussion, Tasks 1 and 2 are slightly simpler than Task 3.

Therefore, I personally focus on tasks 1 and 2. Wyatt focuses on task 3
